Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 25 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ManaParcel’s website, WhatsApp booking service, tracking pages and related applications (the “Platform”). ManaParcel is operated by Shrevin Global Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing a booking or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service

ManaParcel facilitates intracity parcel pickup and delivery within supported service zones. Availability depends on location, parcel characteristics, delivery capacity, operating hours and other conditions shown during booking.

Displayed delivery windows and promised delivery times are best-effort service commitments, not absolute guarantees. We try our best to deliver within the selected same-day slot, but delivery can be delayed by inaccurate booking information, delayed parcel handover, recipient unavailability, building/security access, traffic, weather, vehicle issues, government restrictions, safety incidents, third-party outages or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted using your phone number or business account and for promptly reporting unauthorised activity.

3. Booking responsibilities

The sender must:

  • Provide accurate sender, recipient, address, contact and parcel information.
  • Package the parcel securely for normal two-wheeler or local transport handling.
  • Declare the contents, weight, size, value and special handling needs truthfully.
  • Ensure someone is available for pickup and delivery during the applicable window.
  • Have the legal right and necessary permission to send the parcel.

We may inspect, reject, cancel, re-price, upgrade vehicle handling or return a parcel when information is inaccurate, packaging is unsafe, dimensions or weight are not bike-safe, the parcel is prohibited or accepting it would create legal or safety risks.

4. Prohibited items

You must not send illegal goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, controlled substances, stolen property, cash, negotiable instruments, live animals, human remains, or any item prohibited by law. Additional restrictions may apply to alcohol, medicines, high-value goods, fragile items and perishables.

5. Pricing and payment

The confirmed price is based on information provided during booking. We may revise or cancel a quote if the actual parcel, route or service differs materially from the booking information. Applicable taxes and fees will be shown before payment.

Payments are processed through authorised payment providers. Depending on the selected option, the sender may pay during booking or the selected payer may receive a payment request before delivery handover. Pay-later orders may be visible to operations before online payment is complete. At handover, the rider may be instructed to confirm or collect the amount from the selected payer; receiver PIN and proof photo remain mandatory. A rider-collected payment is recorded separately from an online Razorpay payment, and its payment link is closed where possible to prevent duplicate payment. Any payment received both online and by a rider is sent for reconciliation and possible refund review. A prepaid booking is fully confirmed only after successful payment or approval under an eligible business-credit arrangement.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation eligibility and charges depend on the order stage. A full or partial charge may apply after a delivery partner has been assigned, has started travelling to pickup, or has collected the parcel. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or another permitted method and may take time to appear.

7. Pickup and delivery

The sender and recipient may need to provide a delivery PIN/OTP, signature, photograph or other confirmation. The receiver should share the delivery PIN only with the ManaParcel delivery partner after receiving the parcel. If pickup or delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable, the person is unreachable, payment is pending or the parcel is refused, redelivery or return charges may apply.

Delivery may be made to the named recipient or another person reasonably authorised at the address, subject to the selected verification method.

8. Loss, damage and claims

Report a missing or visibly damaged parcel promptly through support and provide the booking ID, packaging evidence, item details and proof of value. Claims are reviewed based on tracking records, packaging, declared information and applicable law.

Liability may be limited for prohibited goods, fragile goods, poor packaging, undeclared contents, incorrect value declaration, receiver-authorised handover, force-majeure events and items outside the selected service limits. Any shipment-protection or higher-value handling option must be selected and accepted before pickup where available.

9. Platform use

You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, access another person’s data, submit false bookings, abuse delivery partners or support staff, evade charges, or use automated systems without permission. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, personnel or the Platform.

10. Third-party services

WhatsApp/Meta, Razorpay, maps and other third-party services may be used to provide parts of the Platform. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

The Platform is provided subject to availability and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss arising from prohibited items, inadequate packaging or inaccurate booking information.

Same-day delivery is our operational target for eligible bookings, but delays may occur for unforeseen reasons. Our responsibility is to make reasonable operational efforts to complete pickup, routing, communication and delivery as close to the selected promise as practical.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction. Please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve a concern directly.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Updated Terms will be published with their effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
